You do not have to compliment everything about her. You do not want to come off as being phony so try to keep your conversation casual and your observations neutral.
If you are a high schooler thinking about talking to one of the girls you have seen in the hallway, make sure you are not using inappropriate lines or saying anything dishonest. Girls do not want to be insulted or picked on. That is not the kind of attention a girl wants from a guy. Try to notice the little things about her that make her who she is and compliment her on those things.
If you do not have a genuine interest in something, do not make it seem like you do. This is a dishonest tactic that will not endear you to her when she finds out that you have been lying. Always try to be as honest as you can when you talk to her, without going overboard and being rude.
Be honest with the lady you are interested in. You might find a conversation starter just by observing the surroundings, the color of her eyes, hair or clothes or even the weather. Try not to sound corny but it is never okay to be rude.
You can learn the best pick up lines to use on girls but you need to make sure you are learning the proper behavior so that you will find a good girl to date. You will not find honest, loving women if you are not that way yourself.
